oh my goodness this brings me back….we bought a cabin a few years back and had ALL the same problems – horrid fridge, electric stove issues AND mice…that SMELL. …and when we first moved in, we would hear them scurrying(?) around at night in the cabinets…it was HORRIBLE!
We ate on plastic plates and did lots of cracker/cheese/fruit meals at the park for awhile…
I won’t even tell you about the time I tried to spray paint at night…by candlelight…
